My Father a Farmer is one of the Stock Holders.

I want to talk about a stock, (stock holder). My father was one of the stock holders in the company since 1979, he was only a farmer and the only Son of the family, but before the Super Baguio (Rosing) I don't know anymore if it is really rosing that hits but its a super typhoon on that time. That hits on 1976 and after tell 1980"s or since Marcos was in power, My father when selling our copra's the Government always take a part of it then in returns it was change with a coupon, and told to saved it, then later on when it was reach for the required amount, it was change with a class A certificate as a share holder of the company. It was happened during the Marcos Regime. But Later it was sicquester by the Government on 1986 by the Cory administration, and it was manage by the PCGG until at present.

This Group of Companies are as Follows;
1.United Coconut Planters Bank, (got two different shares with diff. no. of shares.)
2.United Coconut Oil Mills Incorporated,
3.Legaspi Oil Company Incorporated,
4.Granexport Manufacturing Corporation,
5.Southern Luzon Coconut Oil Mills Inc.
6.San Pablo Manufacturing Corporation.

I am Making another post here to let people knows what happen to the Government itself, that and why not they solve this dilemma up to now? Is it because they are the one who profited it. That suppose to be the coconut farmers income? When i went to there office the officer told me that the case is already in the Sandigan Bayan. But at present it said that the case is nearly finish but it was told last October and until now is already its already November 2011, still no results come out.

Its really hard to think that the court maybe is good only to the rich people and for the poor one it seems that no justice at all.

When can we get the labors from our Father. I am still hoping that my Mother which is already 75 now can still benefited from it.

Come on Sandigan Bayan, please finish this case give now that results, give all this back to the Coconut farmers now.
