Realty Agent
Hi Everyone!, Do you know how small is a place for a realty agent as of today? Well, i think everybody does, because it is in a big news in the Realty Business Industry today. Because of the R.A. 9646, REAL ESTATE SERVICE ACT, mostly people that is depending on it, especially those are retirees, plain housewives, that want's an extra income for there families, is getting smaller and smaller. Do you know why? Its because if you want to be a realty agent you should have a license, and before you can be a license you should be a 4 years graduate in college but not in all 4 years college graduates in any course. Its base only in some business or commerce graduates, engineering, architectures, and teachers. So not everybody can do it especially in next year, so maybe this the reason why the realty industry today is not booming. So everyone that wants to be an agent tomorrow should be careful or she/ he might be catch especially if the transactions done but in the future there is a questions, because the client well catch you.
