This is where we bring our Carabao in the mountains to let them have there foods (Grass) and there you can see the ricefield in down part of our area at the province. See? This is a place Where one of the members of the Cocolivy Fund and Coconut Farmer's share Holders Live. This is the way of a farmers work in order to have foods in the table. They work at the rice field two times a year when there is a rain, (because they just wait when the rains comes, for the river is not enough to water the whole rice field. Then after the day's work brought the Carabao in the upper parts of the rice field in the mountain top to live there overnight then at early morning like 4AM or so to make full themselves so that around 7am onwards, they have to bring down and used them at the rice field to cultivate the soils in order to plant for rice.

When there is no rain or after the rice field planted the rice tops the farmer went up in the mountains and have to cultivate the dry land to plant the root crops for the alternate foods, like sweet potato, Cassava's gabi/Ubi fruit and bananas along with all the green leafy vegetables, as we have stated in the Song Bahay kubo.

So here now you see people, how hard is the life of a farmer? and now there earnings and savings has been taken out from them. It is really a sorrow a big sorrow for the farmers.
